Dot handled a lecturer’s post-course follow-ups: contacts table, worksheet, research

Japanese lecturer Akira Kudo (19 years teaching, 3 years as an AI instructor) delegated his post-course follow-up communications for 4 students to his OpenAI Dot, which runs on its own dedicated computer. The Dot built a correspondence table from four people’s contacts, condensed their answers into a one-page A4 supplement with diagrams and a worksheet, updated it with new confirmations, and researched official websites while separating confirmed from unconfirmed findings. Notably, it did not invent undecided dates and reported what it didn’t know separately — a concrete reliability win from a real classroom workflow. Full request texts published on his note page.
