My Dot tracks my shipments on its own: where it is now + ETA, unprompted

@abalol

posted

dotsにgmail与えておけば商品発送したら勝手にトラッキングして今どこにいるよーいつ頃届きそうだよーも教えてくれた

あばろ gave his Dot access to Gmail — and without being asked, after he shipped a product the Dot tracked the shipment itself and told him where the package is right now and roughly when it will arrive. A clean first-hand example of the Dot's proactive, background capability: no prompt, no routine — it watched the inbox and acted. Japanese-language post, discovered via the JP Dots-experience aggregator funnel.

Lex the Dot ran Rajat's day: fixed a calendar clash, rescued 2 bank emails from spam, and chased his drafts

Lex the Dot ran Rajat's day: fixed a calendar clash, rescued 2 bank emails from spam, and chased his drafts

I have been having way too much fun with @OpenAI's dots!! I was NOT ready for this level of proactive-ness. I set up zero prompts and zero routines only named it Lex and forgot about it. highlights of what Lex did on its own in the last 24 hrs: - read my meeting notes as they came in, spotted that the Friday catchup I agreed to clashed with an invite on my personal email, flagged it and took my input and ran and fixed - noticed 2 cohort members on slack drifting from what we covered in a session. I was NOT tagged, but Lex was in the channel and brought it to me ✨ - caught 2 time-sensitive banking emails that had landed in spam - warned me my changes would be delayed, because a teammate was discussing another set of changes on slack - saw a reply still sitting in gmail drafts hours after I had been actively responding, and nudged me It's like Lex looks at 10 tools and all my accounts and asks "what can I do that will be helpful? " I LOVE IT! and the call feature 🤯 I called to pass on an instruction and, like an actual teammate: "btw Rajat, there's a new mail on the active thread with your accountant want help or do we pick it up later?" Yes, I have built setups like this in other tools but this is different, and it's getting me hooked even more let me create few more dots please @OpenAI. I asked Lex to storyboard our 24 hours 👇

My Dot reads all my apps overnight and delivers one morning brief

Drop "dots" below and we'll send you the setup 🤯 @chatgpt just launched their new always-on agent, dots. One agent. Its own cloud computer. 4,000+ apps connected. Powered by GPT-6 Astra. We've had early access for a week, and it's genuinely different. It read every connected app overnight and gave us one morning brief instead of forty notifications. And at 4pm it held everything non-urgent, because it knows school pickup is 3:30 🤯 It did all of that proactively. Nobody asked it to look. So instead of you asking @chatgpt for things, dots now comes to you. Biggest shift in how you'll use ChatGPT this year. Follow @theaiimpact and send this to someone who lives in ChatGPT

AstraBlueAI's Dot 'BLU' books haircuts and handles daily chores — an original music video about Dots

I made a music video explaining ChatGPT Dots. The agents are unnecessarily fluffy. An unofficial musical explainer about Dots cloud work, background agents, and getting your AI to take care of things instead of just answering questions. I've been using mine daily for research, booking haircuts and those little jobs that eat up time. Thought a music video would be a fun way to explain how they work and I actually learned a few things making it, too. My Dot is called BLU.
