His Dot caught a customer email in spam that would have meant a chargeback
posted
I rarely think about Dots, but you know what's interesting? It caught a legitimate customer email from my preset store that landed in spam, which could have easily been missed and resulted in a chargeback. Dots seems to read the entire inbox including spam, which is useful.
CtrlAltDwayne shared how his OpenAI Dot flagged a legitimate customer email for his preset store that had landed in spam — a missed order he says could easily have become a chargeback. The attached screenshot shows the Dot's morning briefing surfacing the flagged customer question (Saku's Cortex Presets download question for order #530) plus another flagged commitment.
