His Dot AltMan remembers his work — and edited this reel

I called my AI assistant, AltMan, to see what it remembered about my work. My reel ideas. My reference materials. The style I want to write in. Now we're building a routine: five tech, AI, science, and startup stories every morning, a topic bank for the ideas I pick, and scripts when I'm ready to record. My goal is three reels a week. And yes, AltMan edited this video too. What's the first recurring task you'd give an assistant like this?
Andrew Kononov (Los Angeles, technical product manager) built his own Dot named "AltMan" via OpenAI Dots (~$100 to build, per the video) and called it to test its memory: his reel ideas, his reference materials, the style he wants to write in. They are now building a recurring routine — five tech/AI/science/startup stories every morning, a topic bank for the ideas he picks, scripts when he's ready to record — with a goal of three reels a week. Concrete result on the card itself: AltMan edited this very reel. First-hand, real caption, posted 2026-10-01. No sponsored tag.
