Dot monitors email and clinical workflows live, surfacing contextual updates as things happen

I am so surprised to see the negative feedback on dot. Over months have been hammering domain expertise for a form of clinical admissions into functions and workflows I can do when prompted over time. It know how to follow an acute hospital case over time. Astra knew how to monitor referral inboxes when prompted. It had a clinical review engine. But to have it on and have its own computer... suddenly I have this system of all these components working in tandem. Doing all the things I could imagine when started. My colleagues wondering how I know about things as they happen well dot is monitoring the email live and brings me updates it's tied to in context and everything else I needed just beautifully woven together. Flip side... once other industries turn dot and agents with their own computer true and nuanced domain expertise... RIP to many jobs. No regrets on building regardless how things shake out.
First-hand r/codex account (u/Waste-Assist-5870, handle hyphen-stripped for import): after months of prompting clinical-admissions domain workflows, adding Dots turned it into a live system - it follows acute hospital cases over time, monitors referral inboxes, runs a clinical review engine, and monitors email live, bringing updates tied to full context. Colleagues ask how he knows things as they happen. Text post, no media.
