Dots、何に使えるの？と思っている人へ。 一番いいのは「これはどのツールに頼もう」と考えず、とりあえず何でも投げられること。僕が実際に試してみた使い方です。 ・Slack・GitHub・メールを定期チェック。既読のまま放置している依頼も拾って、背景と次にやることを教えてくれる ・会議の準備。前回の議事録とその後の開発状況から、話す内容と見せる画面をURL付きでまとめてもらう ・MacのChatGPTとClaudeに同じ質問を送って回答を比較。ここで話した背景を新しいChatGPTの会話に渡して壁打ちを続ける ・「何か作って」と頼んだら、GodotとBlenderでダンジョン風ゲームを作ってくれた ・映画の上映時間と予定の空きを調べて、チケット購入してもらう 一つひとつはChatGPTやCodexでもできることが結構あります。 でも相談して、調べて、そのまま作業まで。繰り返すことは「定期的にお願い」でスケジュール化。 大事な判断や確認は必要だけど、壁打ちから実作業、自動化まで一つの流れでつながるのが想像以上に快適です。

My Dot caught the email-blast risk before I did

I had an "Oh no!" moment this morning—only to discover my AI had already had it first. 🤖😅 My Dot is currently migrating old blog posts from WordPress to Wix. While away from my desk, I suddenly realized that publishing all those old posts might flood my subscribers' inboxes with notifications. I hurried back to the computer and found the Dot was already checking Wix's subscriber-notification settings before publishing anything, specifically to avoid that exact problem. It hadn't just followed the migration instructions—it had noticed a downstream risk I hadn't mentioned and stopped to account for it before proceeding. That's the part I find astonishing. 💯🤖🙂
