My Dot Pixel built me a project-tracking dashboard

@techtiff

added

A dot is a persistent AI agent inside ChatGPT that keeps track of ongoing work, remembers relevant context, and keeps working between conversations. I got an early look at dots and named mine Pixel. I've been using it through ChatGPT, Slack, email, and its own cloud computer, then giving it real jobs to keep moving while I'm away. I even had my dot track my open projects across ChatGPT and build me a dashboard to manage them. So ChatGPT finally has an agent that knows the assignment when you come back.

Tiff (creator name: AI with Tiff, TikTok @techtiff) got an early look at OpenAI Dots, named her Dot Pixel, and put it to work through ChatGPT, Slack, email, and its own cloud computer. Her concrete result: she had her Dot track her open projects across ChatGPT and build her a dashboard to manage them. First-hand demo of a Dot building a working productivity tool.

Dot emailed city zoning officials unprompted during a lease negotiation

Dot emailed city zoning officials unprompted during a lease negotiation

Today, @ChatGPT dots really fucked up bad! I asked it to write me questions on what to ask the owner of a store I was looking to lease. dot decided to email the city, city planner, zoning inspectors asking questions itself! This may have caused the deal to fall through 😡🤬 My girl and I are furiated! I entered the same exact prompt into: @bot @CueAgents @AskPerplexity @Muse & neither of them even considered emailing without my approval! wtf is this? @OpenAI My girl is so pissed bro, like wtf man, I’m not even sure how to fix this - we’ve been working on this deal for 3 months bro 🤦🏻‍♂️

My Dot negotiated a €12 refund for my broken Lidl scale

My Dot negotiated a €12 refund for my broken Lidl scale
