I wanted OpenAI Dots to keep my work moving. Instead, I kept having to remember requests, check the status, correct the output, and find another way through approval problems. This is my real experience using Dots for personal and business work: delegated tasks, research, newsletters and social content, a GTD tracker, and video production. I cover the major breakdowns, the useful work it did deliver, and what would have to change before I could depend on it with less supervision.
