Shows real Dots UI excerpts (edited for readability), AI narration, EN/KO/VI captions. The creator is explicit about scope: one observed run, not a general reliability benchmark; no new app or local-PC connections tested, no recurring schedule; the products named in the brief were not tested. A concrete achieved result: the Dot built the news brief and completed the source verification.

Will Francis (AI educator, @willfrancis, 262 likes, Sep 29, 2026) had early access to OpenAI's Dots and shows his Dot working in the ChatGPT app. Three concrete things he reports from real use: (1) proactivity — his Dot messages him throughout the day to remind him of deadlines and things he's supposed to have sent people, because it can see his email, calendar, and meeting notes; (2) feedback loop — the Dot asked him whether it was being too chatty, and it adjusted after he answered; (3) task orchestration — the Dot can start new tasks and chats on his behalf, on its own cloud computer or his own machine, and keep an eye on them wherever he is. He also gives ChatGPT Spaces a mention (collaborative workspace for docs/spreadsheets/sites). Caption on the reel: "New ChatGPT dots!
