I Tested OpenAI Dots...Worth it? — first-hand hands-on test: set up a Dot from scratch (requires ChatGPT Pro), then ran three live tests side by side against regular ChatGPT — rebuilding a website from a link, turning one photo into a cinematic ad, and building a $100K/month business simulator with sliders — with both results shown on camera. Also ran the Dot's cloud computer through a live test and had it begin booking a restaurant table via a connected Google account. Mixed verdict: finds the cloud computer slow and the call feature failing, but parallel-task execution and the booking flow worked.

Honest mixed verdict — parallel execution and the booking flow worked; cloud computer slow, call feature failed.
