I Tested OpenAI's New Personal Assistant Agent: DOTS

Open AI launched a new always on, proactive, personal assistant AI agent called Dots. I had early access and have been testing it for a few days so I cover what it is, how it works, and what all it's capable of.
Futurepedia (@futurepediaio) tested Dots hands-on for several days and shows multiple concrete first-hand results on camera: via voice mode he asked his Dot to find a magnetic wooden art piece online - the Dot returned 4 matching product links ('handshaped walnut stones with hidden magnets' was the exact match, confirmed on screen); he also set up a thumbnail project where the Dot created a thumbnail, drafted three intro options, selected one, and applied his motion-graphics skills. He shows the Dot proactively pushing extra context into a thread while it works and delegating to Codex/Work. Honest caveats: the cloud computer was down during filming and one scheduled task wouldn't open.
