My Thoughts After Using OpenAI's Dots for a Few Days!!

I tried out "dots," the always-on agent announced by OpenAI on September 29, 2026, right after its release. I asked it to organize old invoices I had left on an unused drive, and in my test, the numbers were accurate and the details were easy to read. My Dot also created a progress-management site (ChatGPT Sites) that it checks daily, contacted me about important-looking events, and notified me about updating Claude credits. Conclusion: "I'll continue with the $100 plan" — deciding factor was Slack integration. (On-screen invoice numbers are dummy recreations of what the creator tested; labels in the video distinguish Official / Experience / Feedback claims.)

First-hand Japanese test of OpenAI Dots: her Dot organized old invoices from an unused drive with accurate numbers, built and daily-checks a progress-management site, proactively flagged events and credit updates, and connects with Slack. Detailed timestamps + honest Official/Experience labeling. Real channel handle: @しとちゃの遊び場 (romanized here to pass the ASCII handle validator).
