How I used ChatGPT's Dots to automate my 100k/mo agency — Jacob Kaz shows his own Dot automating real operations inside his $100K/month agency (first-hand hands-on use, own cloud computer/browser).

First-hand demo by Jacob Kaz (real handle 'Jacob Kaz'; id stripped to JacobKaz per validator). His own Dot automating real agency workflows — concrete own-business result, not a recap/explainer. Adjudicated from RSS-Bridge search metadata + YouTube oembed attribution (author_name + thumbnail poster); full video description unavailable — watch-page fetch hit YouTube's unauthenticated 429 wall this wave. Not in dedup (raw-id grep 0).

Dot maintains a live gantt-chart HTML workspace for the indie dev's projects

Configured his own Dot: morning news briefing, concert monitoring, reminders

(How OpenAI's DOT became my personal assistant!) In this video I configure my own Dot and show in practice what the difference is vs ChatGPT, Work and Codex. During testing, I ask Dot to bring up to five important news items every morning, monitor concert announcements in Brazil, and handle recurring reminders — showing how it can work with its own computer in the cloud and start tasks involving Work or Codex on the local computer. 72-hour Dots test: proactive meeting brief, daily video idea, Higgsfield thumbnails

Probé Dots de ChatGPT: mi opinión honesta. I used it for 72 hours. It prepared a meeting brief for me without me asking, prints a video idea for me every morning, and generates thumbnails with Higgsfield. But it also falls short in the very area where they most promised to deliver. Shows what Dots is, how to create and customize yours within ChatGPT, the cloud computer (browser, files, terminal, code), proactive vs reactive agents, and comparison with OpenClaw, Hermes, Grok Bot and Meta's Muse.
