5 jobs my ChatGPT Dot does for me while my laptop is off — a first-hand walkthrough of real recurring tasks handed to the creator's own Dot.

First-hand use-case video from channel "Your AI Scout" (@youraiscout on YouTube): the creator shows five real recurring jobs their own Dot handles while their laptop is off — concrete always-on agent results, not a launch recap or explainer.

Dots tested: 3 stores, one AirPods catch

Romy Voss's first-hand OpenAI Dots test (Oct 2): his Dot searched 3 stores and found an AirPods Pro 3 'catch' — about $250 before tax — comparing Target store returns vs Apple mail returns, completing the hunt in roughly seven minutes. Creator discloses the video itself is narrated by an AI-generated host.

Dot ran 1,148 tests while he walked around the block

While out for a walk this morning I asked my AI employee for a status update: 1,148 tests passed in the time it took me to walk halfway around the block. 😳

Her Dot Pixel sends a proactive daily morning agenda

I got tired of always having to text ChatGPT first. So I gave my Dot a morning routine.

Dot built an entire GLP-1 marketing campaign on autopilot

OpenAI just launched dots, always-on AI agents that keep working after you close the chat. Each dot gets its own cloud computer, runs on GPT-6 Astra, connects to over 4,000 apps, and you can message it in ChatGPT, Slack, or Teams. You set the rules for what it can do on its own and what needs your approval, and sensitive things like password changes stay human only. I have tested dots for days. Here is what I like, what I don't, and why I think this is how we will engage with AI agents from now on. I even had one build an entire GLP-1 campaign on autopilot: the funnel, the emails, the videos. Footage: OpenAI, and my own campaign work #openai #dots #aiagents #ai #chatgpt

Dot orchestrates my whole agent fleet through a shared Google Doc
